This license is valid unless explicitly revoked by a Navine owner. This license: Grants use only, not ownership Does not permit sublicensing, resale, or transfer Is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at any time Navine reserves the right to revoke this license immediately, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of the Owner or Co-Owner. -------------------------------------------------- LEGAL NOTICE -------------------------------------------------- This License, Terms of Service, Trademark Notice, and Brand Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) governs access to, use of, and interaction with Navine, including its brand, trademarks, services, platforms, websites, content, systems, and related materials (“Navine Assets”). By accessing, using, referencing, or interacting with any Navine Assets, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use. -------------------------------------------------- 1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY -------------------------------------------------- Navine is a privately owned company operated by Zach, with HitBoyXx23 recognized as Co-Owner. All Navine Assets, including but not limited to: - Company name and identity - Trademarks, service marks, and trade names - Logos, icons, designs, layouts, and branding - Websites, platforms, services, tools, and systems - Content, documentation, and media are the exclusive intellectual property of Navine and its Owners. No ownership rights or licenses are granted except as explicitly stated in this Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- 2. TRADEMARK NOTICE -------------------------------------------------- “Navine,” Navine™, and all associated names, logos, symbols, slogans, and visual identity elements are trademarks and/or service marks of Navine. Unauthorized use of Navine trademarks, including use in domain names, usernames, branding, products, services, marketing materials, or social media, is strictly prohibited. -------------------------------------------------- 3. PERMITTED USE -------------------------------------------------- You may use Navine Assets solely for: - Personal use - Promote Navine - Explicitly authorized interactions All use must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and this Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- 4. PROHIBITED USE -------------------------------------------------- Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Owner or Co-Owner, you may NOT: - Claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of Navine - Use Navine trademarks, logos, or branding elements - Copy, mirror, scrape, redistribute, or republish Navine Assets - Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Navine Assets - Use Navine Assets for commercial, enterprise, or monetized purposes - Interfere with, exploit, or abuse Navine infrastructure or services - Engage in illegal, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activities - Unauthorized resale of Navine is prohibited. All sales must be conducted by official Navine representatives. -------------------------------------------------- 5. COMMERCIAL LICENSING -------------------------------------------------- Any commercial use, monetization, enterprise deployment, partnership, sponsorship, promotion, resale, or integration involving Navine or Navine Assets requires a separate, explicit Commercial License. Commercial licenses are granted solely at the discretion of the Owner and/or Co-Owner and must be approved in writing. Unauthorized commercial use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination, enforcement actions, and legal proceedings. -------------------------------------------------- 6. BRAND USAGE POLICY & GUIDELINES -------------------------------------------------- Navine branding is protected worldwide and may not be used without prior written permission. The following are strictly prohibited: - Logo usage, reproduction, or modification - Brand recoloring, redesign, or derivative branding - Use of Navine in product names, domains, or usernames - Implying partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement References for commentary, news, or review purposes must not imply ownership, affiliation, or authorization. -------------------------------------------------- 7. TERMS OF SERVICE -------------------------------------------------- Navine reserves the right to: - Restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time - Modify, update, or discontinue services without notice - Enforce this Agreement to protect its brand, systems, and users Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules in their jurisdiction. -------------------------------------------------- 8. TERMINATION -------------------------------------------------- Navine may terminate or restrict access immediately, without notice, for violations of this Agreement or to protect the company, brand, intellectual property, or users. Upon termination, all use of Navine Assets must immediately cease. -------------------------------------------------- 9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES -------------------------------------------------- NAVINE ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. -------------------------------------------------- 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -------------------------------------------------- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVINE, ITS OWNER, AND CO-OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE NAVINE ASSETS. -------------------------------------------------- 11. INTERNATIONAL ENFORCEMENT -------------------------------------------------- This Agreement applies worldwide. Navine reserves all rights to enforce this Agreement and its intellectual property under applicable international, national, and regional laws, treaties, and conventions, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws. -------------------------------------------------- 12. TRADEMARK ENFORCEMENT & CEASE AND DESIST -------------------------------------------------- Navine actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property and trademark rights. Unauthorized use may result in: - Formal cease and desist demands - Platform takedowns or enforcement actions - Legal proceedings in applicable jurisdictions -------------------------------------------------- 13. LEGAL CONTACT -------------------------------------------------- All legal inquiries, licensing requests, trademark permissions, and enforcement matters must be submitted through the official Contact page on the Navine website. -------------------------------------------------- 14. GOVERNING LAW -------------------------------------------------- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Navine’s primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. -------------------------------------------------- 15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT -------------------------------------------------- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding regarding Navine and supersedes all prior agreements or communications. -------------------------------------------------- END OF LICENSE
